Communication was swift and clear. Alex and Paula are both the owners and the service providers.

They clearly explained what they were going to be doing in with the carpets and addressed any concerns that I had. They even managed to get a rust stain out of my carpet that had been there forever.

I manage a 189 unit apartment complex on Wellington Crescent and I have used Copa Cleaning's services, they are in my opinion  the best in the industry when it comes to getting high quality results at a reasonable price! Alex goes above and beyond to deliver results I have not been able to receive from any other company. You will not regret your decision to hire them!

My husband and I just bought our first home, and unfortunately the carpets in the basement were in rough shape - stained,  smelly and dingy. The previous owners had 2 dogs and young children, and they mentioned they had deep cleaned it before they left, so we didn't have much hope. COPA completely transformed our basement and brought it back to life. The whole house smells cleaner and all the stains are gone.

Amazing!
We just bought a house and received it in terrible shape.
Carpet had seen years of use and previous owners had 2 dogs and kids. I was certain the carpet would have to be ripped out but COPA brought it back to life!
Will certainly be contacting them again.
